SMS harassment and bad customer care

I am now beyond frustrated with the e-toll customer care centre and the way everything is being managed. Two weeks ago I received 2 SMS's from them. When I phoned them I discovered the one SMS for almost R 900.00, was for another person altogether. Incidentally I know this person, he used to have this number about 6 years ago (company phone) and... He IS registered and getting another bill from them. The other smaller amount was apparently mine. I asked them to mail an itemized bill to me via e-mail. It is now two weeks later and I received another SMS for the erroneous account, and still have not received a bill or statement or anything. I phoned them again today. They said they don't know how long it will take for me to get the itemised bill but I can go onto their site and view it under "manage my VPC account" So I thought "Oh that sounds simple and easy" But no... Guess what... that doesn't work either. You can log in or manage you e-toll account but the 3rd button simply does not work. I am not paying until I get a proper bill that makes sense with photos to prove it was me, and I am not spending hours on the phone to get one. I will also not register and volunteer any of my inf
