All I did was to call SANRAL helpdesk to change my e-mail address as I am relocating and do not have a new e-mail as yet. I am not using my toll tag although I have registered. Since my first call to SANRAL I have had 15 e-mail responses to inform me the query is pending, 7 telephone calls who every time held me on the phone for at least 10 minutes to verify my whole existence and still the problem is not solved. I also received a phone call telling me my e-tol account will be debited with R5 for the nil statement will now be send to my post box. Well if they cannot even change an address I do not know how they will handle the system once in operation for it is clearly a useless exercise. Can they please stop harassing me with phone calls and e-mails, I had only 1 query.
