Basically I have purchased a second Hand Hyundai Atos on 25 Jan 2013 and ever since I have had numerous problems with the dealer/car. After servicing my car sometime in June 2013 not even a month later I had a problem with the battery, I then contacted Tanaya at Hyundai and to date I am still awaiting for her response, which she promised. When the car returned servicing they informed me that the there was a problem with the gearbox, which was not under warranty, I had the car for just 5 months and enquired how is it that they did not check all of this before selling the car to me. Today I have experience yet another problem and contacted Sharon, to which she responded that the car was no longer under warranty and I was never informed. The problem is with the aircon and the sales rep did inform me, upon purchase, that there was a problem with the aircon however their mechanic did sort out, so if this problem is recurring obviously the mechanic did not do a good enough job, I have got a settlement amount from the bank I am financed with and asked Hyundai to please take the car back, to which they informed me that they can't do that. They have no compassion for a client!
