I was in the market for a smaller vehicle, so i was refered to by a friend to Princes VW.worst thing ever.doocuments from our file went missing after the sale of the car we bought.no road worthy was done, but the car was given to us.they installed a tracking device which i wasnt aware of and didnt want. they broke panels in the car where the device was installed.now it has costed me my time away from work and fuel to drive to them on 3 occations (plus minus 300km's), now and best part is that they seem not to care a. Is this VW's way of treating clients? today i had to take the car back so that the road worthy test could be completed and now i must await the new license disc. This was such parthetic service from this dealership, the bosses have no idea of what rubbish their sales staff are doing. Worst mistake for swapping to VW should have just stuck with Opel.i wonder who is going to compensate me for my time awy from work and my mileage and fuel?
Very unhappy client... VW im really not impressed!!! cant wait to get rid of this car.
