I purchased a Hyundai I20 from the Vereeniging dealership in December 2012. The sales consultant was Mike.
The change of ownership was not concluded due to there being a fault with the steering. My license disc expires in August 2013. I have been following up with Mike on concluding the change of ownership, which was not done in December due to the vehicle not being fully road worthy.
I have had several complaints about this sale which I was willing to ignore. My father and brother have both purchased vehicles from your dealership. They received a courtesy bag with car wash goodies and a first aid kit. I received nothing. Mike had the audacity to tell us that the bags were supplied. Why would we lie? The spare wheel is not the same size as the other tyres. I chose to ignore the poor service and the inconsistency with your sales.
I called Mike, again on Monday (22nd July) about the change of ownership and he told me he needs to speak to his manager. He never called me back. As it is, I have to take time off work to sort out something that should have been done before the vehicle was delivered. He got his commission, so to with me.
