Poor after sales delivery! Disgusting attitude towards clients, as well as an incompetent Dealer Principal (Gerhad Coetzer). Absolutely disgusted at the way I have been treated. 3 days with no car! No feedback as to registration on a 3 month old vehicle with a damaged clutch. To be told i need to make an appointment to see him after waiting for 45 mins as no phone calls I have made have been returned. Paying for something i cannot even drive. Breach of contract as the car sold to me was not road worthy, nor has ownership of the vehicle been put into my name after 3 months. Still no reregistration on the car as it cannot go through road worthy due to damaged clutch and smooth tyres. I Have made endless calls to this branch with no returned calls. Driving around with an expired license disc, That has been expired since June 2012.What if I go to jail for that? Who takes on the responsibility. I do not think this is fair, as I have been fighting an endless battle. Then to be told that he knows nothing of this... Really?? After 3 months? He's the Dealer Principal. If that isn't incompetence then i do not know what is!
