Zaayman Cars
UNO MIA 1999 MODEL

Bought the UNO Mia on 14 December 2012 for R32000.00. The uno had to go for road worthy test. Due to the fact that it was the festive season and all companies and license departments closed for the festive seaspn.

In January we struggled to get the vehicle through road worthy. Zaayman Cars had to take the vehicle in for road worthy and registration. Zaayman Cars struggled to get the car through road worthy. Eventually after week or two everything was completed and papers were handed to us.

Before the car went for road worthy we told Zaayman Cars that the lights and indicators are not working properly. All of the sudden when we drive at night the lights fade out in total and the indicators are not working. Zaayman Cars said the vehicle went through road worthy and that their is no problem with the wiring of the car and that the lights and indicators are working.

We were also told that their is no warranty on the car as the car is sols AS IS. On paperwork nothing stipulates that the car is sold AS IS.

According to me and the consumer act a vehicle bought from a garage at Zaayman Cars must have at least 3 months warranty.

I must take the car in on my cost for repairs now.
