Hyundai i30 booked in for hail damage on 28 November 2013, booked in for 21 January 2014.
Enid told me on 9 December if i pay my excess earlier they will order the parts earlier, paid my excess. Received phone call on 20 January 2014, one day before my vehicle should go in that they are still waiting for the parts, so i shouldn't bring in my vehicle!
Seriously? You are wasting my time and testing my patience which is running out very quickly!
Whats the use of my early excess if you still haven't got the parts?
Another thing, email sent on 14th January, only got feedback today, 6 days later, not good!
