Why does the customer have to suffer?

I went to VDS Autobody on 18 September 2013 to pay the access and for them to check what parts will be required. Booked the car in on 14 October 2013 assuming that all the parts should be there already. Contacted them on Monday 21 October 2013 to check progress all is well and the car will be ready 29 October 2013. Got a call today to inform me the bonnet is full of dents that they received from the dealer. Great people I was under the impression all the parts would have been there long time ago since the car was only booked in a month after inspection. I now have the issue of being without a car for another 2 weeks or however long it will take you to get the parts. I am unfortunately not in a position to pay for car rental for another 2 weeks or even another day. So please suggest a solution to my problem on how I have to get to work and back while you take your time, don't just give me the problem as the parts is not my problem you had enough time to order the parts and make sure they are correct and without defects long before the time. Good luck to anyone else with these guys...
