Car picked up by Proline Autobody on 08 Jan. After leaving numerous messages and emails to them, we finally get an email back on 29 January saying that the parts have finally arrived. They never advised that they had to order parts at all. They have not once responded regarding to the repairs of the vehicle. We have had to contact them EVERY time. We send them back an email on 29 Jan after hearing that the parts have arrived and now they have to wait for a space in the panelbeating department. We had accidently left some personal items in the vehicle and contacted them after they fectched the vehicle requesting an address so we could fetch the items. Only YESTERDAY did we get a response to say we can collect the personal items. We have a hired car from our insurers for only 30 days and the car already has to be returned by next week Tuesday (as 30 days will be up). Calling them today, I get excuses, no apologies at all. Asked why we werent contacted earlier about the parts order and long wait, no answer... just dead silence. The service is shocking. I am still waiting an answer and will probably NEVER get it.
