I am having huge problems with the mechanic that's fixing my car. My vehicle has been there for over 3 months already and he doesn't provide us with feedback on how far he is with the vehicle etc... I checked on your website and I see we must pay RMI R285 to lay a complaint against this mechanic. Why is it that we must pay again. I have already paid the mechanic and getting no results. Now I must pay you too. I would expect that matters like this would be dealt with efficiently and timeously. This mechanic has already taken R14000 form us.
