I booked in my samsung tablet 2 in on monday 13/01/2014. On thursday 16/01/2014 I still haven't heard anything from them so I phoned them to find out whats going on with my tab, so they told me they are going to order a new battery and charger and I gave them the go ahead. Since then I have received the sms 17 times, to tell me they are waiting for spares. I mean really how long can it take for the parts to come from johannesburg to umhlanga? I need this tab to be fixed today, seeing as I am leaving for polokwane tomorrow early. And I told the lady this when I booked it in on the 13th, she assured me it will be done, but im not too sure anymore???
