My son's car was broken in to and claim placed with insurance company. Vehicle was assessed and Danmar Autobody Benoni was given instructions and go ahead to repair the damaged locks and back board. I received a call from Danmar advising me that insurance company gave them instructions to fix the locks and vehicle was booked for 26 November. I told them that this was before the hail and vehicle must get preference. Trudy then said I must bring the vehicle on 19 November 2013 which I did. I was told that it would take 2 working days. Today is the 21st of November (2 days later) whereby I received an sms stating "Parts required for repairs to vehicle are on Order. Estimated date of completion to be advised. Danmar Benoni 0119732878. When assessor came and insurance company gave them authority to do the job, why was parts not ordered. I was told 2 working days and now they can not give me a completion date. They are not accommodating.
