My parcel was supposed to arrive on the 17-December 2013. I have now taken off my SECOND day from work and still no parcel. I called customer service, who confirmed that my parcel should - indeed - have arrived on the 17th already. I was also told that the courier would deliver my order before 5 pm today. I called again, after I had still not received anything after 6 pm. I was advised by the call center assistant that he would follow up with the courier and call us right back. I am currently STILL waiting for a call or a delivery!
Unreliable, inefficient and absolutely inexcusable. Some people HAVE to work and especially so close before the holidays I had hoped for better, more reliable service from Kalahari. I will never order from them again and will definitely tell friends and family not to risk it either. I hope my second, outstanding parcel will make it at all.
