There was a mix up with the delivery of my phone from Smartlab but CourierIT delivered as always even if they had my address wrong. I have made use of them ever since they delivered for Takealot back in the day and always had amazing services from them.
Today was no different. Both Smartlab and CourierIT promised that my phone will still reach me today and they sure came through for me.
Unfortunately I didn't get the awesome lady's name that drove all the way from Cape Town to Stellenbosch after the mix up to put my phone in my hands.
Please, if you guys know who I am speaking of over there at CourierIt, then please know that I really REALLY appreciate it a lot.
Once again you guys have come through on time even with an admin problem that could have made things worse.
