A parcel was to be couriered from JHB to CPT on 30 December 2013, 9 days later I'm still waiting.
I was then informed by Kaamilah Davids in CPT that this parcel was sent economy freight which was closed for the festive season and due to heavy rains my parcel will only arrive the following Wednesday. That's 16 days in total!?!
I believe that the clients involved should have been informed by Courierit about the closure when accepting the parcel so that an alternative could have been made and not just accepting the fee.
I will also be extremely angry when the parcel eventually arrives and it's damaged... AGAIN!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Courierit.
