I ordered shoes from Zando on Wednesday late afternoon, they say 2 - 4 till delivery, so put n my home address since I would be working from home on Friday and Monday. Turns out CourierIt tried to deliver to me at home on Thursday - but I was at work. They try and call me at 7:05am and 7:06am on Friday morning, was in the shower so my status online changes to "Client on Holiday" (I wish!), called them only to find out my parcel has been sent back to the depo and will have to wait till next week to get it. So disappointed with the service and will be contacting Zando to cancel my boots order and will go to Woolies to get them.
