All promise, what happened to 24 seven 365

We couriered a parcel to a patient in the UK, using Globeflight. When the patient discovered the costs involved he cancelled the courier, by which time the parcel had reached Johannesburg.
Globeflight was contacted, who stated that there would still be a charge (we had already paid them more than R500) we have no objection paying the charge to Johannesburg, however. the parcel was to be sent back to us in Somerset West immediately, as our patient had a friend who would take the parcel to him.
The cancellation request, which was confirmed immediately that it would be returned to us, all occurred on the 6th January 2014.
We have contacted Globeflight almost daily, looking for the parcel. Only to be told it is on route.
Which route and to where, we are still to be told. It is now the 17th January, maybe it is arriving by pedestrian from Johannesburg. What now??? Maybe the pedestrian is stuck at Sanral toll!!! I would like to know when this parcel will arrive.
