I ordered a parcel via Vodacom on-line on Friday 24 January 2014 I was told the parcel would reach me by Monday (27 January 2014). Today being Monday 27 January 2014 I have not received my parcel. After numerous calls to Vodacom, I was referred to RAM courier services to enquire about my parcel. A consultant at RAM reassured me that I would get my parcel at 17:00, but after I called RAM to AGAIN enquire about my parcel I was told that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow. I am so upset by this because I have been inconvenienced badly. Firstly I delayed my knock off time to 17:00 and I travel quiet extensively from work to home. I just wish that the delay in delivery could have been communicated to me sooner.
