When we called yesterday (4 Feb 13) at 11:33 and asked if it was possible that an urgent parcel was to be dropped off today (5 Feb 13) before 12, we were told that it was possible. We also got a quote from another courier and they were more expensive.
At present I wish I had paid more, then it would have been there before 12 today. Now, should all go well, it will only be dropped off tomorrow. Tell me, should it not be delivered tomorrow will you drop it off in Dubai? I HIGHLY doubt that.
Have you not learned? Instead of saying yes to the impossible for you, rather say no. I would have had a lot more respect for your company had you told me that it was not possible. But instead, you over promised and under delivered. Trust me, it works best the other way - Under Promise and Over Deliver.
I won't make the mistake of using GlobeFlight again.
