Worst service I have ever experienced in my life!
It was meant to be a 2 hour professional photo shoot however we spent about 1.5 hours of that sitting in the waiting room. What is the point of making an appointment then?? To add to the frustration we were asked to come in 15 minutes earlier which we duly obliged.
When we finally got to the photo shoot it was over before it even began, there was nothing professional about it. People walking about, photographer on his phone and just the sheer haste of them to get the photos taken as quickly as they can.
It's clear their primary object is making money and ripping people off in the process, absolutely no consideration for the paying customers!
I strongly advise anyone considering having their photos taken there to reconsider!! There are companies out there offering a million times better service for cheaper.
