Had a bit of a "hide and seek" with my parcel today, one branch saying it's in Johannesburg, the other saying it's in Pretoria. But I have to thank Abel, for taking the time to find out exactly what was the issue and where my parcel was, and he ensured that I will receive it within half an hour, and I did receive it in that time frame.
Thank you for going the extra mile Abel, I do hope more personell will take the same initiative.
