TNT had my parcel 241565841 since 14 November. I paid a lot extra for Express shipping, which with DHL takes 3-5 days internationally. Easy peasy with DHL. TNT are so, they eventually after over a week of the parcel being at their depot contacted us, we immediately sent through the required papers, then another 3 days we got the customs invoice, we immediately paid that (last Thursday) and today (Monday) STILL NO PARCEL! It has been 12 days, 9 working days! Unbelievable! TNT is the worst courier with the most pathetic service I have ever dealt with. If my parcel is not here till Thursday you can f off - this was a wedding present! Not only do you charge exorbitant processing fees (FOR WHAT? - more expansive than DHL - really? So where is the service?!!!), but you are inexcusably slow!
DO NOT EVER SHIP WITH TNT, USE DHL OR ARAMEX, they are reliable and recommended! F U TNT!
