You don't know what you doing

I do not understand how one person can turn a place from being a pleasant tranquil successful shop to one that is going to lose all there clients,

I wanted to make a booking with Azel and was told by the new owner she will move me to one of the other therapist, has this owner never run a spa. I have been going to this salon for over 4 years and have only been treated by Azel now i must go to someone else i don't know, people grow a relationship with there therapists and trust and i will rather never return than go to another therapist.

My friends and family go to this salon because of the great service we have received from Azel and through one person this seems to be swiftly decreasing.

One thing i over heard on her telephone discussion that she is not worried about qualifications because they will go through training at placecol, Excuse me! how do you think, do you think i want someone treating me that has no qualifications but from placecol, Seriously!!!

Clearly you don't have a process of who is buying into the Franchise and just after the money so maybe open your eyes as by word of mouth there is a lot more unhappy clients.
