One the 13th of February, my wife arrived home from work & noticed that our fridge had stopped working. We thought maybe it needed to be defrosted, so we defrosted the fridge and replugged it in & waited, but it did not cool as we thought it might. So the next morning, I called around to see if I could find someone to repair it. Most of them were busy or couldn't make it early. I had to take a half days leave to sort our fridge out. When I got home, I got a call from a guy named Kevin (one of the numbers I tried earlier, but they turned out to be too expensive, but it was getting too late, and it was about 33 degrees so I agreed that he could come and have a look at the fridge. He and his colleague arrived at around 1.15 and "repaired the fridge" for R 700 and then left. It worked for all of 5 minutes. When my wife got home from work, she told me that its not working... and neither is the freezer! I called Kevin & told him that its not working and he said he would be there after he finished the job he was busy with at the time. So i waited and tried calling again about 5 o clock and his phone was switched off!! Called Bob and he started getting aggressive with me and cut the call...
