I phoned [URL Removed] on Friday 8 March to have my fridge repaired on Saturday 9 March. The freezer was still working, but not the fridge part. The service was prompt and I paid R650 for a bypass and regas. On Sunday morning, the entire fridge was no longer working, including the freezer. I have since phoned, emailed and smsed the company all week. If there is an answer, the promise is that the repairman will be there to come and fix the fridge, but has not appeared all week. I am now stuck with a broken fridge that I paid R650 to fix. I am thoroughly disappointed by the terrible service and unresponsiveness of this company.
