In times where service is generally shocking, I need to compliment CML for the brilliant service received regarding the repairs to my vehicle.
I took my car in on 10/01/2013, after these guys ran around and organised me a courtesy car, no courtesy car, no problem, Patric gave me his drivers vehicle. Quoted 10 days for repairs, no problem, did it in 5 working days!!!
I always got an sms reporting at what stage my car was in, with many phone calls.
Patrick, to you and your team, the dedication shown from them can only filter down from Management and it was a pleasure dealing with your company. I will have no problem recommending you to anyone for repairs of any nature. Again thank you for the brilliant service received.
