My car was recently damaged from the hail storms. It was booked into Zambesi Autocentre on 11 February 2013. I was told that the repairs will be complete between 7-10 days. I called to query the status of my vehicle today and no repairs have been done yet.
I was promised a courtesy car as I require a vehicle for work purposes. I told them to return my car until they get the necessary parts to repair the car. They have promising to give me a car "tomorrow". They have been telling me this since 24 February 2013.
Every time I call to get feedback, I end up leaving a message. No one returns my call to give me any feedback or any assistance.
All I need is a courtesy car. This was mentioned to them and the insurance company, Woolworths/Telisure, numerous times. I am a technician. I require a vehicle for work as I travel to various companies in a day to offer technical support. If I don't have a vehicle, I will not be able to work and the company I work for will give me a warning.
