No After Service from CHM GM Randburg

On Wed, 6 Nov 2013 I took delivery of my 2007 Jeep Cherokee. I was very impressed with the service and dedication I received from Khaya Tshona. Unfortunately, after only 9 days, 400km and not even a full tank diesel, the Jeep broke down on Fri Night 15 Nov 2013. Out of my own account, I arranged for the vehicle to be delivered back to CMH on Tuesday, 19 Nov for repairs. I also mentioned that we will be leaving on holiday to Mozambique on Friday 20 Dec, and was assured that it is noted and I will have my vehicle back before that. It is clear to me, that to get the sale done, there was excellent service, but now that my vehicle has broken down, there is no rush in delivering a service. For the last 2 months I have been struggling to get answers on what exactly is the problem with my vehicle. On Tuesday, 17 Dec I was informed that Khaya is on holiday, I must now further speak to his manager Mike Martin, who, after a few messages, sms'e and missed calls, up to today, didn't even gave me the courtesy to give me a call back. Eventually Gerrie, the workshop manager, told me that the minimum attention was given my vehicle and it was barely worked on. Now - Still, no Jeep and no call
