Bad and rude attitude

Hi there,

Unfortunately the staff today at this branch weren't wearing name tags. I went into this branch to print and copy documents. After printing a young lady (in her teens) was assisting me and she punched in the amount I need to pay in the register. The I remembered that I had to make copies of some documents, as this young lady was making copies another staff member (an African lady with a head scarf) starting making rude comments because of the delay.

As the young lady was handing me the documents and telling me the new total, the African lady came to me and started shouting at me that I was delaying the process and wasting everyone's time.

This African lady is known for bad attitude and nothing has been done to address this. The only reason people still go there is that there isn't any other service provider in Ladysmith that do the same thing.

Please do something about this or provide training for staff in customer service.
