I NEVER SUBSCRIBED!

I got my cellphone bill and found SMARTCALL deductions for content services on my phone from 6 December 2013 to 14 December 2013 (WHICH I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO)
I got their number from my network provider, call the guys, they say they'll contact me within 24 hours, and receive an sms stating this, BUT NO CONTACT FROM THEM!

I called again, and no response. I've sent emails and no response. I never subscribed for their services, don't know what services they provide and frankly do not want to know. I just want my money back.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
