A printer of mine was recently sent to you by incredible connection boksburg after breaking down a year after purchase. I finally got it back more than a month later only for it to still not work. This is causing me a huge inconvenience and I am absolutely disgusted with the poor service. My printer was sent back to you again and now the waiting starts again. Absolutely ridiculously terrible service. 0/10
