I Purchased a vw polo 1.4 comfortline in April this year and in December it started showing the epc sign which made it lose power then i called vw NTT east london and told them about the problem, i sent the vehicle to vw and in the afternoon i was told that my vehicle had a fault and they will send it to the engineers as it is a factory fault and will be fixed through the warranty, so i was left without a car. I called vw SA and told them what happened and a lady who was assisting me arranged a hired car for me while they were still busy with fixing my car. The car i bought it brand new and now it has that problem i'm not happy at all because with that problem might have affected other parts that will cause problems for me in the long run and i have lost confidence in that car because honestly speaking how come a new vehicle may be faulty? Its more like a reject now to me and i was told that i will get my car on Wednesday the 8th and still my car was not fixed and the lady from vw sa extended the rental of the hired vehicle and i was told that on monday i will get my car but still its not done and VWNTT east london did not call me i had to call vw SA and still im using a hired ca
