I would like to advise everyone of the excellent service I received from Lynette. Groupon arranged for a pickup via CourierIT (See my report on Groupon. I could not supply a waybill. Groupon refused to assist me if I can't produce a waybill no. Lynette from CourierIT went the extra mile and managed to trace the waybill for me.
