BAD SERVICE FROM RENAULT SA

Good day

I purchased a brand new Renault Sandero 1.6 Dynamic at Renault Route 24 and took delivery on Friday the 13th of December 2013.

I have a few concerns:

1. The Sales Consultant (Trudie from Renault Route 24) to me when I purchased my vehicle. She offered one of the Renaults on the floor for R5 000.00 less with only 24km on the clock. When I asked her what is wrong with the vehicle she told me nothing at all. When I collected the vehicle there was scratches on my vehicle and she told me she will try and get them to polish this out. They attempted this and the scratches are permanent and she refused to fix this.
2. While we were discussing the Sale we asked Trudie if we could register the vehicle in 2014, of course she said yes. Now that I want my vehicle registered for 2014 she is telling me that she cannot do this.
3. When I spoke to Charlene from Renault 24 about my premiums per month she told me the monthly premium will be R3000.00. When I collected the vehicle she told me Trudie made a mistake and now I am paying R3300 per month.
4. When collecting the vehicle they never did the check before I collected the vehicle. My spare wheel was below 1 bar. All 4 my
