My insurance booked me a vehicle in East London when I arrived the wrong vehicle was booked the helpful ladies there managed to give me a better vehicle and told me I will have my originallying booked vehicle on Saturday morning. On Friday my insurance broker confirmed the booking of the vehicle. When I called Avis at 10 in the morning the manager in Mthatha told me the vehicle has been given to someone else and I would get the vehicle at 2 in the afternoon. When I called the East London branch to find out what was going on, they told me the vehicle had left at 5h30 in the morning for me to receive the vehicle at 10. Now I am still waiting for a vehicle and I was suppose to leave for Durban at 12.
