CALLING THE VPC CALL CENTRE HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE TIMELINES AND HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME I "MUST JUST BE PATIENT AND WAIT" FOR A DETAILED ACCOUNT YET THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE MONEY. HOW DARE YOU TELL ME THAT U NEED T TERMINATE THE CALL BECAUSE YOU HAVE CALLS WAITING WHEN I AM ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE. I EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM AND INSTEAD SHE RATTLES OFF THE SCRIPT ON HOW LONG I HAVE TO PAY AND BEING HANDED OVER??? I CAN THINK OF A TRILLIION VULGAR WORDS TO DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A CALL CENTRE MAKE ME LOOSE MY PATIENCE AND MANNERS LIKE THIS CALL. I CALLED FROM 0116719500 AT APPROX 7:30. I BET THE WORST QA IN THE WORLD COULD USE THIS CALL TO TRAIN WHAT NOT TO DO ON AN IRRATE CALL.

SO MY BILLING ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED AND LORD KNOWS IF IT WILL BE SORTED BEFORE MY DISCOUNT PERIOD LAPSES. YOUR WEBSITE CALCULATOR INDICATED THE COST FOR 25 RETURN TRIPS ON MY ROUTE TO WORK WILL BE R410.25 WITH 0%DISCOUNT AND NO ETAG. MY ACTUAL BILL SHOWS R910.35 AND THE VPC ACCOUNT SHOWS R1107 SO WHAT IS MY ACTUAL BILL?? CONSIDERING GOING THROUGH SOME GANTRIES WEEKENDS I ESTIMATED A BILL OF APPROXIMATELY R500. WHAT THE FLIPPING??
