Incorrect bill

Good day Hellopeter. i received by statement at altec autopage on the 22nd of April. I didn't understand the bill then i called their call centre for clarity and the call centre agent explained to me that the extra charges where for itemised billings and sim insurance that i never applied for so i asked them to cancel them. the agent told me that can be done at the store and it will take 7 days to clear and a new bill will be issued. i went the same day to the store were i explained what happened and she said she will cancel it and that i will get an sms informing me of the cancellation which i never got. i then called the call centre on the 26th and the call centre agent informed me that the credits where done and that the bill now will be sent back with out the extra charges. yesterday autopage deducted on my bank account the initial fee and no one can explain to me what happened as they are saying on the bill it only shows R259 that i have to pay and not R517. 11. please help me with this i am so tired of this store. first it was the laptop now its the bill when will this end.
