3w ago I received a sms to pay my bill or my services will be discontinued. As I recently opened a new account, I expected my first bill to be twice the normal amount (the first month and paying for the following month in advance), but I was shocked to learn that the amount was over 5x the normal! I was charged a hefty installation fee when I was meant to get that included in the package I requested. The cherry on top, though, was the fact that I was being charged for 2 unlimited internet accounts - surely that is an obvious anomaly? After spending literally hours on the phone to various call centre staff who keeps on telling me to speak to someone else, the 'dispute' has still not been resolved. They also cannot/will not provide me with a new bill and the call centre staff is the worst I have ever come across. Not only does one have to ask them to repeat what they are saying or speak more clearly, when they cannot resolve things they get rude with the customer or you are mysteriously cut off. One report does not allow enough words to describe this incompetence. How many people just pay the bill, I wonder? I am shocked - it is absolutely disgraceful.
