I saw the wedding dress I wanted, booked it and fully paid for it within 7 days as per they terms and conditions. This means i would get the dress at a lower rate.
I tried phoning them to make sure they received my payment and if everything was correct with my purchase. They have not phoned me, emailed me or smsed me back at all. I phoned them to come for a fitting this weekend to show my mom as she has not yet seen my dress. All of the sudden they can help me. i then requested if I can come fetch my dress because their service is absolutely pathetic.
I was told they will phone me back to tell me if i can come fetch my dress. This is unacceptable, I mean i paid in full for my dress. How dare they tell me they will let me know if I "can" come and fetch my dress.
I am so unhappy with their service, I will not leave this matter here.
