At this time I m very upset my mother want to the Vereeniging post office to send me a gift card to buy my kids school uniform this weekend and my mom paid extra to send over night than the said to her it will cost R97.00 and she said is fine she will pay it which she did. She phoned me to give me the track and trace number and all the information I need. I stay Durban and the only time I get to go to the post office is on Saturday after work. I phone the post office on Saturday morning just before 08:00 and ask them where is the parcel and they told me and will only be here on Monday which I do not expect that is VERY BAD service as my mother paid extra and asked for it to be send overnight. That lady at the call centre said there is nothing she can do. What kind of service is this... I will rather use Postnet from now. My question to you is how do I get my parcel on Monday as I work in 30 mins from home and I only finish work at 5 in the evening. I can not wait until next week end. The lady told my mother it will be here Saturday and when I called they told me only Monday. I need answers regarding this matter.
