No contact from LG Service Department

My LG Dishwasher broke. It has an extended warantee with Tafelberg Furnishers. I logged the call on Tuesday morning (2013/03/05). Tafelberg Furnishers confirmed that LG agent (Ronald) had been notifed. To date I have not even received a phone call or SMS from the guy. I followed up with Tafelberg this morning (Thursday) and they confirmed that he had collected the job card and spoke to him. They assured me he would call today and be able to assist with the problem tomorrow (Friday). I still have not received ANY contact from him.

I don't mind waiting, but I'm having a hard time accepting zero initial contact as we have to arrange to be home when he comes so a little notice would be required.
