I recently bought a Samsung dishwasher and from day 1 it has not dried the dishes and after 7 days the tablet did not desolve anymore, hence all the dishes stayed dirty. The Samsung technitions was at my house today and said nothing is wrong with my machine and that I when I use tablets I should use the longest cycle (which I always do) for the tablets to desolve. This does not happen and I sked them why, and they couldnt answer me and simply replied that they recommend using the powder. Now why cant I use dishwashing tablets in my dishwasher?? I have never had this problem with a dishwasher!
According to them it will also only dry correctly when using the liquid, yet again this part is part of the dishwashing tablet! Why should I now buy extra dishwashing liquid? I have worked with Bosh and Westpoint dishwashers and none of them had this problem!
If I knew this before hand I would not have baught a Samsung at all.
Oh, and BTW, the dishwasher has an option to select whether you are using a tablet - what a lot of good that does.
