A simple seal for the dishwasher door can not be bought from the LG supplier as it is not considered a "part" and can therefore not be bought for repair purposes. So after only 4-5 years (in a holiday home) the otherwise working LEAKING dishwasher will have to be thrown away instead of being fixed. Seems like a money making scheme and a extreme waste of resources to me! Stay away from LG dishwashers LD-2120WH.
