Baltorina Dolls
No delivery for baltorina doll ruined chriistmas

I ordered a doll and paid for it on the 5th of november i was told 3-5 weeks so i assumed i would have it by the beginning of december. I received no calls or emails telling me they were running late or anything. I called numerous times and they assured me i would have the doll by christmas. Today is christmas and im not sure what to tell my daughter when she asked why father christmas didnt bring the doll she asked for!!!
