I am very surprised by the bad service we received as there are so many good reports. My wife ordered a xmas gift off the website (order no. 22896) which was confirmed by email that it was available to be picked up. She did a transfer and confirmed via email that it was paid for and she would be picking it up. When we tried to pick up the item we could not find the office and when we phoned we were told that the item was sold out and would only be available today. When we phoned today we were told sorry the item would only be available next year. The attitude was very bad and it did not seem like they really cared.
Oh well it is a pity that i won't get my gift from my wife but hopefully they refund our money quickly or maybe that will be out of stock aswell!!!
