I ordered x2 of the same item off of [URL Removed] on 26 Nov. The item arrived on 14 Dec but not the item i bought. these were meant to be gift for xmas. i was then told that the correct item was on its way and I'd receive them before xmas. luckily i also emailed a complaint to their customer care dept who responded to say the item I ordered was not available and if I wanted I should replace it with a similar item but for almost R150 each more.i requested a refund. what a way to ruin one's xmas gift planning which is already a stressful task.
I certainly will not make use of Takealot's service in future.
