I purchased a DVD on 20 December as a Chrsitmas present for my wife. The order confirmation said that it will be delivered within 8 working days so I told my wife that her gift will be late but its definitely on the way. Then I received an email a few days later to say that there has been a problem sourcnig the item however they are working on it and if I don't hear anything further to assume that everything is on track. But when I still received nothing, I called customer service and was told that the item has been sourced and that I should receive the item by 8 January which I then told my wife and apologised for the delay. But then this morning I received an email saying that the item could not be sourced and they will refund me. Guess who looks like a fool at the end of the day? Now I don't have a gift for my wife, they say they will refund me yet they don't say when and all I get is an email for my wasted time and embarrassment.
