Bad service!!!

Hi... I've ordered a product to the value of R995 from Fishpond on 11 September 2012. This was suppose to be my husband's Xmas present! I've received confirmation that the package would be delivered on 2 Oct '12 - nothing happend. I've e-mailed them on 23 October to ask if my package is still on it's way or should I re-order. I had to re-order and the item was now due on 16 Nov '12. On the 6 Jan '13 they wrote back to say I ca either get a refund or re-order, I re-ordered because I really wanted the item. On the 7th they confirmed re-ordering. On 4 Feb I've send them an email asking what is happening to my order. They asked me if my delivery address is correct and I replied with my address again. Since then I've emailed them 8 times but no response!! I've also tried to get a refund form from their website, but it only aloes you to go in if you have an order that was not delivered, my order on the system says that it's been dispatched and nothing has happend yet and nobody is replying to my emails anymore!!! R995 is a lot of money and all I want is my money!!
