Late november 2013. I received an order for my client a perfume without a tube inside to in perfume to pray (Elite Item 09947 which was R189 on special) two campaign passed already but still my order is not yet posted to me, I was told to make an order which the item will be added to it, received my order. Invoice 18897737 still without it, I was told that credit did not include it and I was told to meake another order " invoice 1896618" still it is without my item Elite. Already I have paid for this item yet it is still not returned to me. This is really irritating because we are working with clients and explaining the office mistake over and over again is really braking the trust with our client.
